- Transitional MInister (Interim)
Trained Transitional Minister by American Baptist Churches MI with experience ministering to churches without a pastor to prepare them to call the pastor of God's choosing.
- Church Growth
--Experienced steady numeric and spiritual grwoth in each church and ministry. Conducted workshops for denomination on "Church Growth for the Samll Church."
- Mortgage/Debt Reduction
--Develop and implemented a mortgage reduction campaign called "Operation Heartshare" that accelerated the pay off of the church debt.
- Building Expansion
--Led the church in a building expansion program to add additional space due to church growth
- Adjunct Faculty
--Served as adjunct Faculty at Michigan Theological Seminary (now Moody Seminary) in the Christian Education Department
- Singles Ministries
--Developed a singles ministry that offered divorce recovery, Sunday School classes, small groups, retreats, and activities.
- Small Group Ministries
--Started a church-wide small group ministry with up 12 small groups meeting. Small group ministry was the focus of my doctoral research.
- Outreach Ministries
--Developed a direct approach personal evangelism strategy called "Gift Evangelims" and a non-confrontational personal evangelism strategy called "the Peace Corps."

--Served as conference speaker for singles retreats & conferences and marriage retreats as well.
- Single Initiative, LLC
--This is the parent corporation though which my para-church ministries operate. These include: Living Single Again, Surviving Divorce in December, Bible Point, A Brush with FAITH, and This Chalk Talks.
"O Lord, I'm Single Again" - Author of this small commentary on the book of Ruth. It was written with the single and single-again (divorced or widowed) person in mind. (First released under the title Hope for New Relationships.)
"Santa Believes in CHRISTmas" - Author and illustrator of this childrens story book that share how Santa believes that Christmas is really about Jesus.
Living Single Again: Authored a seven-part DVD video based ministry to go beyond recovery. While divorce recovery focuses on the past, Living Single Again focuses on the future and future relationships. The goal is to equip singles with Biblical skills in dating and developing relationships so they do not repeat the failures of the past. This curriculum is used by hundreds of churches.
Surviving Divorce in December: Developed this two-part DVD video series to help those who find themselves in a relationship crisis in December. It is not a recovery program. Rather, it offers 20 common sense suggestions for coping with the holiday blues when experiencing the loss of a relationship. This curriculum is also used by hundreds of churches.
Bible Point: This ministry makes available the PowerPoint Bible lessons that I have developed for use in my teaching/preaching ministry. Over 100 lessons are now available through the internet.
This Chalk Talks: This ministry makes the Bible come alive through the eye-gate. Bible passages are illustrated on a chalk easel (4 X 6 foot) for a visual learning generation. A hidden picture emerges at the end for powerful applications through the use of ultraviolet light.
A Brush With FAITH: This ministry in art leads participants in painting a Biblical acrylic painting (16 X 20 inches) in around two hours. It's fun! It's easy! And it illustrates a Biblical truth for each to take home. Each participant starts with a blank canvas and takes home thier own masterpiece that will remind them of a Biblical lesson, truth, or priciple.
